Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals with whom our Company has a business relationship, managing loyalty processes to the company, products and services, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, managing organization and events, conducting sales and marketing processes, conducting purchasing and after-sales support processes, carrying out financial and accounting transactions, conducting business activities, managing supply chain processes, conducting occupational health and safety activities, fulfilling notification obligations to relevant/authorized public institutions (Courts, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Interior, etc.), ensuring the implementation of our Company's human resources policies, conducting employee benefits and entitlement processes, conducting information and physical security processes, conducting storage and archiving activities, and ensuring that activities are carried out in compliance with the legislation.
Your data is processed for the purposes listed above, securely stored, and will absolutely not be shared with third parties except in accordance with legal regulations and with your explicit consent. Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions/organizations in accordance with legal obligations arising from legislation such as the Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Law, Labor Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, Vocational Qualifications Authority Law, and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation; to intermediary financial institutions for the purpose of evaluating financial risks; to independent auditing firms for the purpose of conducting audit processes; to intermediary training institutions providing vocational training services; to our business partners; to our shareholders and local/international organizations from which we receive support in our business processes, within the framework of legal grounds and with your consent.
Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal grounds for the purpose of monitoring and conducting our commercial activities. Your data is collected electronically in digital environments and on paper in physical environments. Within the scope of conducting commercial processes; through written documents/forms such as order forms, customer information forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, current account opening forms, other commercial documents, payment information, valuable documents, candidate application forms, and notifications you make, verbally, in writing or electronically, wholly or partially automatically or non-automatically as part of any data recording system, and may also be obtained from sources outside of VAHDET TİRYAKİOĞLU OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., including our domestic/foreign subsidiaries, shareholders, program partner institutions and organizations with whom we cooperate, official institutions, and other third parties.
As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods described below in this Privacy Notice, our Company will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. Within this scope, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed, b) To request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed, c) To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad, e) To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and to request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, g) To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, h) To demand compensation for damages if you have suffered harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law), you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and via the channels specified below. As the data subject, you must submit your requests in writing to our company, providing the necessary documents to identify your identity. In this context, in order to ensure the efficient and rapid management of your applications to our Company under Article 11 of the KVK Law, we recommend that you use the “Application Form” document under the heading “Personal Data Protection” at http://www.vahdettiryakioglu.com.tr, and submit it in person or by mail, providing any documents/information that may be requested depending on your request and the necessary documents to identify your identity. Alternatively, you can send your request form with a secure electronic signature to vahdettiryakioglu@hs01.kep.tr. You can submit your requests in writing to us using the “Data Subject Information Request Form”, in accordance with the methods specified in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and by the Personal Data Protection Authority, and other methods to be determined later. DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION FORM
The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) grants certain rights to data subjects, defined as “data subjects“ in Article 11 of the Law, regarding the processing of their personal data. In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law, applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company, which is the data controller, in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (”the Board“). In this context, written applications to our Company must be sent by registered mail using this form.
Applications submitted electronically must be made via your registered email address or through the KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) system. Below is information regarding how written applications should be submitted, specifying the application channel. The aforementioned channel is the "written" and electronic application channel in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law. Our company will announce how applications will be received through other methods determined by the Board after they are announced. In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Law, your applications will be answered "as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days" from the date your request is received, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with Article 13 of the relevant Law, depending on your choice in this application form. It is necessary to provide us with complete and accurate information and documents requested according to the nature of this form and your request. Failure to provide the requested information and documents properly may hinder the thorough and effective investigation of your request by our company. If any of the information or documents requested in this application form are incomplete, we will contact you and request that you provide this information and documents to our company as soon as possible. The application processing period of 30 days will be suspended until this information and documents are properly provided to our company. In this case, our company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, it is essential that the relevant form is submitted completely and includes all the requested information and documents, according to the nature of your application.
