Poly-V belts are manufactured to support transmission in cars, commercial and industrial vehicles, and buses. The increasing number of accessories (air conditioning, pumps, steering mechanisms, alternators, water pumps, vacuum pumps, etc.) and operation at temperatures up to 130°C have necessitated updating/renewing the materials and technological structure.
All PV belts (ethylene-propylene-diene-traction molecules) meet the standards required by the automotive industry, ensuring durability, quiet operation, and long service life.

Its most important characteristics are:

1.  Flexibility for use on small diameter reels.
2.  The use of multiple assist device controls within a single strap size/dimensions (Using multiple assist device controls with a single strap)
3.  Especially in "double rib/double beam" situations, ensuring force transmission also through the back/rear portion of the belts.
4.  Heat field/camp resulting from high work to guarantee long life

Beyond traditional transmission systems using ribbed PV belts and tensioners, we offer PV elastic belts for both initial installation and aftermarket sales, used in place of fixed axle and limited-gauge belts found in some engines. These belts do not require an external tensioning system (tensioners).
Installation/application requires specialized tools to properly position and extend the belt onto the rollers.
