The decision text of the 11th Commercial Court of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, dated 03.12.2022, numbered 294, was served to your company on 14.11.2022.
They reviewed the minutes of the meeting and as a result of the discussions;

Our company partners Sevim Tiryakioğlu and Kıvanç Tiryakioğlu filed a lawsuit against our company at our ordinary meeting dated 16.08.2022.
With the Capital Increase Decision taken at the General Assembly Meeting, the case numbered 2022/712 is filed with the 11th Commercial Court of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
A lawsuit has been filed, and it has been unanimously decided that the preliminary hearing of this case will be held on February 2, 2023, at 3:00 PM.
